At MudCo, we’re a small, community-focused studio, and each class requires significant preparation in advance. To ensure class spots remain available for all and to support this preparation, we maintain the following policy:

- Cancellations: You may cancel your registration up to 7 days before the class start date to receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the class, as well as missed classes or no-shows, are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

- Spot Transfers: If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to a friend. Please notify us in advance with their name and contact information.

- Stand-By Option: If you need to cancel within 7 days of the class or happen to miss your session, you may look for a stand-by class - If the same class has open spots within 24 hours of its start time, simply email us to request placement. While not guaranteed, we’ll do our best to accommodate you if space allows.

- MudCo Cancellations: If a class is canceled by MudCo due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive the option of a full refund or rescheduling.
